Riley is a passionate advocate and community leader who spent 11 years in foster care. Based in Oregon, Riley brings lived experience and determination into every space she enters. Before working with FosterClub, Riley was deeply involved in youth advisory and advocacy work, including lobbying, passing legislation, and serving as a staff intern for Representative Keny-Guyer.
Riley is especially proud of helping pass legislation, her personal growth, and witnessing young people break harmful stereotypes and statistics. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her service dog, training dogs, creating art, writing, and poetry.
Despite the challenges she has faced, Riley is known for her warm smile and resilience. She entered this work after recognizing how broken the foster care system can be and is committed to change. Through FosterClub, Riley hopes to grow as a powerful advocate, confident speaker, and the best version of herself while serving her community and uplifting youth voices.
