We subscribe to a philosophy that core mission support is important for the health of our organization. FosterClub engages young people with lived experience in carrying out our work, so it is critical they are surrounded with professional staff and resources to support their service work. We're particularly proud that a large percentage of our out-going funds land in directly in the hands of young people each year.
