Nathaniel Williams (he/him) 8 Years in care

Nathaniel is a dedicated youth advocate and changemaker based in Wyoming. He currently serves as President of the Wyoming Youth Advisory Council under the Department of Family Services’ Chafee Independent Living Program, where he amplifies youth voices and promotes opportunities for personal growth and independence.

Appointed by Governor Mark Gordon, Nathaniel also serves on the State Advisory Council on Juvenile Justice (SACJJ), helping shape policies that are equitable and responsive to the needs of justice-involved youth. In addition, he contributes as an advisor to the Shiloh House Advisory Council in Colorado, working to strengthen support systems for at-risk youth.

Nathaniel is deeply committed to creating safer, more empowering spaces for young people. Through his leadership and advocacy, he aims to drive systemic change and help build a brighter, more just future for youth across Wyoming and beyond.
