Cobey lives in Grants Pass, Oregon, and studied business at Rogue Community College. A proud father of three, Cobey enjoys sports, video games, staying informed on current events, learning, and spending quality time with family. Fun fact: he's planning to run for State House Representative in Oregon’s District 3 in 2026!
Cobey brings 8 years of lived experience in foster care split between Alabama and Oregon to his role as an Oregon Peer Navigator. His background includes several years as a McDonald’s manager and, most recently, serving as campaign manager for a State Senate candidate in Southern Oregon.
At FosterClub, Cobey is passionate about improving outcomes for foster youth. He’s committed to advocating for sustained funding, collecting data to drive system change, and helping youth access the resources they need to thrive. His mission is to create meaningful impact by combining lived experience with leadership and policy insight.
