Tennessee Youth 4 Youth Leadership Board (Y4Y)

Youth 4 Youth (Y4Y) is a group led by foster youth, for foster youth. It was created to raise awareness about the foster care experience and to support other young people in care.

When it first started, Y4Y focused on:

• Educating the public about foster care

• Offering peer-to-peer mentoring

• Building community resources for foster youth

Y4Y is all about youth voice, connection, and real change. It's a space where foster youth lead the way in shaping a better future—for themselves and others.
