The D.R.E.A.M. Council (Dedicated, Responsible, Empowered, & Motivated) is Alabama’s statewide youth advisory council for young people in foster care. It gives youth a chance to share their voice, influence decisions, and connect with others in care across the state.

The council works as an extension of local Youth Advisory Councils (YACs) and supports youth in becoming leaders and advocates for change in the foster care system.
