South Carolina: ETV Program
About this resource
The ETV Program provides up to $5,000 per year to help eligible youth with foster care experience pay for college or vocational training. Funds can be used toward tuition, fees, and other school-related costs at approved public or private institutions. You can receive funding for up to 5 years (even if they’re not back-to-back) or until your 26th birthday, whichever comes first.
To apply, complete the ETV application on the website and submit the required documents, including your FAFSA, acceptance letter, and class schedule. ETV awards are paid directly to the school.
