If you're a young person in foster care and have concerns about the services you're receiving from a state agency, you can file a complaint with the South Carolina Department of Children’s Advocacy. This office reviews concerns related to child welfare services and works to ensure agencies are meeting their responsibilities to children and families.
You can file a complaint in one of three ways:

- Call: 1-800-206-1957 (leave a message if no one answers)
