This program is here to help foster youth in Rhode Island get a college education without the stress of big costs.

In partnership with the Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) and other state agencies, Rhode Island College (RIC) wants to welcome motivated foster youth into its campus community.
