The Independent Living Service (SVI) is a service provided to minors between the ages of 14 up to the day they turn 21 years old who are under the permanent or provisional custody of the State; and whose Permanency Plan, primary or concurrent, is socioeconomic independence or emancipation. It also offers services to minors whose adoption took place when the young person was 16 years old.
