Oregon Independent Living Programs (ILP)
About this resource
The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) administers ILP services for youth 14–24 who are in foster care or have experienced it. Programs include life skills training, financial help, housing assistance, tutoring, transportation support, and more.
Transition services help young people move from foster care to becoming an independent adult. Eligible young people who are in foster care or who have experienced foster care can use ILP services to support their journey.
