About this resource

The Office of Client Advocacy (OCA) is here to help keep people safe and supported. We make sure kids who aren’t living at home are being treated well, we speak up for adults with special needs who get help in the community, and we make sure foster parents and kids involved in Child Welfare Services are heard and treated fairly. If someone has a concern or feels something isn’t right, we look into it—and we make sure no one gets in trouble just for speaking up.
