The Ohio ETV Program gives money and support to young adults who were in foster care. It helps them go to college, university, or job training programs.

The program pays for things like tuition, books, and supplies.

It also gives help with school and life from people who care.
This program is for students who have left foster care and want to keep learning and reach their goals.
Who can use this resource (eligibility)?
You can get help if you are a current or former foster youth and meet one of these conditions:

You were in foster care on your 18th birthday and left care at that time.

You were in foster care or living with a legal guardian (like a relative) when you were 16 or older.

You were adopted from foster care at age 16 or older.

You will leave foster care between the ages of 18 and 21.
Also, you must be accepted into or already going to a college, job training, or technical school that is officially approved.
