An Ombudsman (a word from Swedish that means “helper” or “representative”) is someone who looks into complaints or concerns about how kids in foster care are being treated.
If you feel something isn’t right with a case or how someone is being treated in foster care, you can contact Massachusetts's Ombudsman to speak up.
