Nevada Education and Training Voucher Program (ETV)
About this resource
The ETV Program offers eligible youth up to $5,000 per school year, with a maximum of $2,500 per semester, for educational expenses. This funding can be used for:

Tuition and fees

Room and board (on-campus or off-campus)

Books and school supplies

Transportation for school attendance

Computer, software, and equipment

Childcare expenses

Miscellaneous personal/educationally related expenses

Monthly personal stipend (limited to $250 each month)
Funding is available for a maximum of 5 years prior to turning 26 years old. ETV funds can be combined with other grants or scholarships to minimize or eliminate the need for student loans.
Who can use this resource (eligibility)?
- Aged out of foster care or left foster care after age 16 through kinship, guardianship, or adoption (this will be verified).
- Accepted to an accredited post-secondary or vocational school.
- Completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Not have reached your 26th birthday.
- Have not participated in the ETV program for more than 5 years.
