Nebraska specific information on Chafee Education and Training Vouchers (commonly referred to as ETV).The Nebraska ETV Program offers up to $2,800 per year to eligible youth for expenses such as:

Other education-related costs
In addition to financial support, participants receive one-on-one guidance to help navigate their educational journey.

Who can use this resource (eligibility)?
You may qualify for the ETV Program if you:

Were in foster care (state or tribal) on or after your 16th birthday

Are between 16 and 26 years old

Have obtained a high school diploma or GED
-
Are enrolled in or accepted to an accredited college, university, or vocational program
Participants can receive ETV funds for up to 5 years, which do not have to be consecutive.
