You can apply online by filling out the health insurance application on the website.
If you aged out of foster care in another state and then moved to Massachusetts, you can still get this health insurance in Massachusetts.
Who can use this resource (eligibility)?
Free Health Care Until Age 26
If you were in foster care when you turned 18, you can get free health care until you turn 26—thanks to the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
It’s just like how other young adults can stay on their parents’ insurance. This helps make sure former foster youth get the care they need as they grow into adulthood.
