About this resource

Maryland’s Independent Living Services (Ready by 21) help youth ages 14–21 in or formerly in foster care build the skills and support needed to transition to adulthood. Services include life skills training, aftercare support, semi-independent housing, tuition waivers, ETV funds, and youth leadership opportunities.

Who can use this resource (eligibility)?
