MYTC (Maine Youth Transition Collaborative) is a group of people and organizations from all over Maine that support youth leaving foster care. They help make sure young people have the support, resources, and connections they need to succeed as adults.

MYTC focuses on important things like getting a job, going to college or training programs, and being able to take care of yourself financially.
