The Fostering Stars Program is a Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) grant-funded program providing:

• Life Skills Coaches
• Community Outreach
• Support Services
• Group Activities

Who can use this resource (eligibility)?

• Students must be between the ages of 14 - 22 years old.
• Students must have been eligible for Youth in Transition funding when foster care case was open (case may still be open.)
• Students must have been in an eligible foster care or non-secure delinquency placement supervised by the MDHHS at 14 years of age or older.
