Kansas: Foster Youth Bill Of Rights

About this resource

The Foster Children Bill of Rights is a special guide made to help foster kids understand their rights while they’re in the child welfare system. It’s there to make sure they know what they’re entitled to, like being treated with respect, getting a safe place to live, and having a voice in decisions that affect them. This Bill of Rights helps foster children feel empowered and supported during their time in care.
