The HI H.O.P.E.S. Youth Leadership Boards are for young people in Hawaii who are in or have aged out of foster care. This is your chance to speak up, make change, and help improve the foster care system while building leadership skills!

Who can use this resource (eligibility)?
- Age: 14 to 26 years old.
- Foster Care Experience: You need to be in foster care or have aged out of the system.
- Location: Boards are on O‘ahu, Kaua‘i, Maui, and East and West Hawai‘i.
