The Heartline
The Heartline is a peer support helpline for youth ages 14–21 who are currently in or recently aged out of foster care in New York State. Responders are young adults with lived experience in foster care or the juvenile justice system, offering emotional support, practical guidance, and a safe space to be heard and understood.

📞 Hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 11 AM–7 PM
📱 Calls & Texts: Inbound/outbound supported
💬 Note: Not for reporting safety concerns—focus is on support, connection, and resource access.
