The Foster Youth College Success Initiative (FYCSI) Program

FYCSI is a program that helps college students who were in foster care or are eligible orphans. It gives money to help pay for things like tuition, housing, and meals while going to college.

Who can use this resource (eligibility)?

Any student who is currently a resident of New York State and spent time in foster care at any time after their 13th birthday, or is an orphan, is eligible for funding
