Many youth enter foster care without basics like clothes, shoes, coats, or hygiene items — especially when placed with relatives or kin. It can take months for families to be reimbursed by the state.
Fostering Connections Oklahoma is here to help! They provide emergency essentials like clothing, bedding, car seats, and more — right when you need them.
New! Mobile Foster Family Resource Center (mFFRC)
This mobile unit serves rural Tulsa and brings resources directly to families. Foster families can book a time and share what they need ahead of the visit.

Who can use this resource (eligibility)?
- Children in foster care in Tulsa and contiguous counties (Washington, Creek, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers, Okmulgee, Wagoner and Muskogee
- Need to have been in care at any point (this includes kinship placements, adoption, guardianship, etc.)
- A relative/kinship foster parent(s) who needs immediate assistance for basic need items at initial placement
