Florida Youth SHINE
About this resource
Florida Youth SHINE (FYS) is a youth-run, peer-driven organization working to change the culture of Florida’s child welfare system. FYS is supported by Florida’s Children First (FCF), a non-profit organization that fights for the rights of Florida’s at-risk children.
If you’re 13-24 years old and live in Florida, you can join Florida Youth SHINE. The group is made up of youth advocates who work together to identify problems and successes in the system and raise awareness about what needs to change.
What Does Florida Youth SHINE Do?

-
