EmpowerMT believes young people should help lead the way! That’s why we created the Youth Advisory Council (YAC) — a team of youth leaders who share ideas, give feedback, and help shape our programs.

Here’s what to know:

  • Youth ages 10–21 from all backgrounds can be part of the council

  • Members are chosen from EmpowerMT programs, and each person brings their own unique experience

  • YAC members are paid for their time and leadership

  • This is a great chance to share your voice, grow as a leader, and make real change
