The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) was created to make sure that kids, teens, and families are always at the center of important decisions in the state.

DCYF works to make things more fair and supportive for all young people by teaming up with communities and creating programs that help kids and families grow, stay safe, and succeed. They’re all about making sure your voice matters and that the government focuses on what children and youth really need to thrive.

Who can use this resource (eligibility)?

The Department of Children, Youth, and Families has programs to assist youth ages 14 to 25 who have experienced child welfare involvement.
