City Living NY (CLNY)
CLNY supports young adults (ages 18–26) transitioning out of foster care with housing, education, and employment assistance. Services include home setup, college and vocational support, and parenting resources. Participants work with social workers for 2 years, with the opportunity to join the alumni community after.
