Mississippi Choices provides Wraparound services for youth and families involved in the Coordinated Access and Care (CSoC) system. In Wraparound, you and your family work with a care coordinator to build a team, make a plan, and choose services that fit your needs. You lead the decision-making and can change providers if needed.

The goal is to help your family build support and eventually manage things without formal services.
