Choices Coordinated Care Solutions - Louisiana

Louisiana Choices supports youth who are involved in—or at risk of—out-of-home care, like foster care or residential treatment. The program is part of Louisiana’s Coordinated System of Care (CSoC) and focuses on helping youth and families get the support they need at home and in their communities, instead of in institutions or facilities.

Youth are referred by families, schools, courts, or social service agencies. Referrals are reviewed by Louisiana’s Medicaid health plans and Magellan Health to decide if wraparound services are a good fit.

Louisiana Choices currently serves youth in Regions 3, 6, and 8.
