Children & Families of Iowa (CFI) is one of the leading organizations in the state that supports kids, teens, and families through tough times. Whether it’s helping a child find a safe home, supporting someone healing from trauma, or guiding youth through foster care and beyond—CFI is all about giving people hope and helping them build better futures.

CFI started as a small adoption agency, and now it's grown into a statewide organization helping thousands of Iowans every year. What hasn’t changed is the belief that every child and family deserves to feel safe and supported.

CFI offers licensed, accredited programs—many of which are the only ones of their kind in Iowa. From helping survivors of domestic violence to supporting foster youth, CFI is here to make sure no one has to go through life’s hardest moments alone.
