About this resource

The Renaissance Scholars Program exists to support the growth and development of former foster youth. Ultimately, it's aiming to improve the graduation rates of former foster youth attending college by providing support services with the help of other university departments and a variety of community organizations.

Eligibility

- Qualify as an "independent" student under federal financial aid guidelines
- Have a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
- Be a California resident and former foster youth/ward of the court.
