About this resource

The Impact Scholars Program helps students who have experienced foster care, homelessness, or other major life challenges succeed in college. The program offers support through mentoring, financial guidance, connection to resources, and a community of peers.

This program is designed to help you feel supported, stay on track, and reach your goals at Boise State.

Who can use this resource (eligibility)?

You may be eligible if you:

  • Have experienced foster care, homelessness, or similar life challenges

  • Are an undergraduate student at Boise State (or planning to attend)

  • Are willing to actively participate in support and mentoring opportunities

You don’t need to have a perfect background this program is built for students who have overcome tough situations.
