What We Do: Helping You in the Child Welfare System

Our mission is to listen, help, and speak up for children and families involved in the child welfare system in Arkansas.

• If you have a problem or concern with a case or investigation, you can come to us—the Ombudsman—for support.

• We work to solve issues when we can and make sure your voice is heard.

• We also advocate for changes that will make the system better and safer for everyone.

If something doesn’t feel right or you need help understanding what’s going on, we’re here to help you figure it out.
