Many young people leave foster care without the connections and support networks they need to succeed. This is a common experience across the foster care community—but it looks different for everyone depending on where you live, your identity, your culture, and many other factors.

That's why the National Foster Youth & Alumni Policy Council is gathering real stories and insights through our Social Capital Poll. We want to hear directly from foster youth and alumni.
