This event is for Oregon young people age 16-24 with experience in foster care.

The Oregon ILP Dream Conference is three nights and two days of fun and inspiration to help young people transition out of foster care and into adulthood! You'll get connected to opportunities and resources that can help reach personal, financial and professional goals!
